Festival of Darkness is Arkansas's most anticipated beer and entertainment festival. It is centrally located at Lost Forty Brewing, utilizing two city blocks to host 35+ local and regional breweries, food vendors, unique entertainment, and a main stage for regional musicians.

As the creative project manager, I play a pivotal role in orchestrating a successful and unforgettable event. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for excellence, I meticulously oversee every aspect of the festival, from initial conception to final execution.

Project
As the creative project manager, I play a pivotal role in orchestrating a successful and unforgettable event. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for excellence, I meticulously oversee every aspect of the festival, from initial conception to final execution.
I managed the festival’s entire scope, including budget, logistics, permitting, and customer service, to create a seamless experience for attendees and participants. My role involves coordinating with over 25 vendors, covering all essential aspects such as staging, AV, food trucks, photographers, rentals, street closures, security, and performance artists. Through strong partnerships and effective communication, I brought the festival’s vision to life.
On the day of the event, I lead a dedicated team of 25+ hourly event staff, coordinating their efforts to guarantee smooth operations. In 2023, our efforts bore fruit as we welcomed 35 visiting breweries, hosted a record-breaking attendance of 1,600+, and witnessed a substantial revenue increase from previous years, cementing the festival's reputation as a highlight in the craft beer community.
